The Tijuana Cultural Center's esplanade (CECUT) will host the Baja Culinary Fest this year in its sixth edition from October 27 to 30, where workshops and lectures will be taught and tastings of the most significant dishes of the Baja California cuisine will be offered.
The event is aimed at professional Chefs and the general public who want to know more about the local cuisine and enjoy seafood, vegetables, wines, meats and even the street food scene that exists in the region.
According to its official Facebook, the Baja Culinary Fest 2016 will have an important place for lovers of craft beer, offering a workshop on how to make your own beer and learn about its history.
Around 25 Mexicans, Americans and Argentines Chefs will attend the festival, including Eduardo Garcia, from Massimo Bistro and Celia Froilan from 15 letras in Oaxaca, among other known personalities in the regional and international cuisine.
