First Intelligent Boutique Building In Tijuana

At a time when the city of Tijuana stands out for its vertical real estate growth, Grupo Dayco presents its latest project, which gives a refined touch to the rental office market in Tijuana. A building that, due to its combination of good taste, functionality, personalized service and state-of-the-art technology will make it the first smart boutique building in the region

Dayco Corporate Center (CCD for its acronym in Spanish) is a unique project in the city, with an unbeatable location on Boulevard Salinas, in front of Las Torres; a building of commercial use that will have spaces for the appropriate establishment of corporations, companies, entrepreneurs and renowned restaurants, as well as for the celebration of social and business events in its Nivel Diez hall.

The incorporation of technologies plays a very important role in this project presented by Mario Octavio Garcia Cardona, CEO of Grupo Dayco, in order for the tenant to enjoy the amenities of the building through the use of an app for their smartphone such as: valet parking, Internet On Demand, security access, elevators, air conditioning, payment of services, rent billing, among others.

"After elaborating benchmarking with smart buildings around the world, we draw up a list of priorities and needs tied up with the market in Tijuana and aligned with the technology we already use and have in our smartphones, if we are already doing business via chat and requesting taxis with our phones, why not bring all the services and configurations that a building can offer to the its tenants convenient in an intuitive and friendly way?" he questions.

CCD will have a 100% valet parking service, three car elevators between the four parking floors, in addition to 50 car stacks.

Each office will have a QR code, from which they can contract and immediately dispose of Internet on Demand service, provided with broadband via fiber optics, adjustable to the capacity that the client requires at the moment, without forced contracts.

The security system will be based on the support of video surveillance cameras of the highest technology. Likewise, access to the building will be controlled by a system of smart elevators, which will only allow visiting the areas agreed with the client.
