Food Stands at San Ysidro Port of Entry are Moving to Another Place

This so pedestrian traffic can be more fluent...

TIJUANA.- According to the director Luis Antonio Carreiro, no street vendor can be placed in the passage located in the garita of San Ysidro.

About 12 small businesses and a large one were removed from there, those with a permit will be placed elsewhere, but to sell on the passage is no longer allowed.

"The issue is to do whatever it takes to put order and don't affect pedestrian traffic," explained the director to Uniradio Informa.

Sellers of fried food, corn, water, gorditas, even a food truck were settled on the way out. The relocation place is still unknown.
