ROSARITO.- Before the Sand Art Festival in Rosarito takes place on Saturday, August 26, the traditional VIP dinner will be held under the stars, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening with the light of the sea and surrounded by beautiful figures of sand.
Attendees will be able to appreciate the sand sculptures before its official opening, as well as a five-course dinner served by the Tijuana Chef Ivonne Pastrana, graduated from the Culinary Art School of Tijuana and the San Diego Culinary Institute.
Dinner will consist of:
First course
Ribeye wrapped in asparagus with teriyaki sauce.
Second course
Carrot cream with almond.
Third course
Salad with mixed lettuce, walnut, grated carrot, gorgonzola cheese, green grapes, celery and yogurt vinaigrette. (Waldorf style)
Fourth course
Chicken breasts stuffed with spinach with goat cheese in guajillo chili sauce on a mashed potatoes bed
Fifth course
Strawberry margarita eclairs
Dinner will be held Friday, August 25th at 7:00 pm, at the Hotel Rosarito. The musical atmosphere will be in charge of local talents (soprano, folkloric dance, choirs, bossa nova and blues). This event has a cost of $ 1,000 pesos or $56.00 dlls.
