TIJUANA.- September has been full of celebrations and it seems that its last days will not be the exception, so if you still haven't figured out your plans for the weekend, here we leave you some options:

Friday Sept. 22

Retro Lucha

2.-Brazo Poderoso

If what you want is to have fun and support at the same time, then you can attend the concert organized in benefit of the areas affected in Mexico after the earthquakes. Brazo Poderoso will be receiving donations such as batteries, lamps, helmets, and others, in addition, 100% of the admission will be destined for Topos Tlaltelolco A.C.

Bands confirmed: Madame Ur, Jardín, Entre Desiertos, Policías y Ladrones (Dj set), Camía, Rumba Tijuas, Clarissa Brasea, Ángel Peralta, La Diabla, and more to be confirmed.

Saturday Sept. 23

3.- Miller Lite: "Get Together"

"Get Together" will bring a great comedy show and a BBQ grill experience, which includes exhibits, workshops, tasting, and a great concert in charge of Los Claxons and Happy Colors.

4.- Los Hijos del Santo

The Tijuanense ska/reggae band will premiere its official video at this event and will perform a concert before going to Mexico City this weekend. They will perform accompanied by other local groups such as La Mala Suerte, La Katrina8 Rosarito and El Coo Cooi.

7.- Festival para el Alma Tijuana 2017

The party will start with a parade that will start at Avenida Niños Héroes, between calle segunda y tercera, and it will end at the Agua Caliente Tower, after that you can enjoy music, dancing, free vegetarian food, handicrafts and workshops on happiness, artificial intelligence, and others.

8.- Open Class & Afro-brazilian Food

Have you ever wanted to go to an Afro-Brazilian Culture class? This is your opportunity, since the Association of Capoeira and Afro Bahia-Brazil Culture in Tijuana will hold an open class and cultural presentation, where you can choose between capoeira classes, Brazilian samba/rhythms and African dance; and of course traditional food.
