5 Weekend Events to Say Goodbye to October

This weekend, a great variety of fun events will act as a farewell of one of the most awesome months of the year, added to that, weather will be cooler and you can be sure everything will be more enjoyable. Distract yourself from work or school and go out!

Thursday Oct. 26

1.-Fronterizo Fest with Anthrax

The fun will arrive a little earlier with this festival, which will bring the legendary metal band, Anthrax, with other performances from bands of similar music genres, such as Testament, Alchemy, Armageddon and Deadly Apples. If you have not bought your tickets you can do so during the event.

Saturday October 28

2.-Horror Fest 2017

On Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 you will be able to go crazy with more than 75 spaces that have exhibits of collectibles, art area, scenery, makeup area, music, stage performances, costume contest, conferences, food and everything related to the world of terror at this first MCCON Terror Convention in Tijuana.

Where? Galerías Hipódromo

Time: 1:00pm to 10:00pm

Admission: $4.00 dlls, and children with less than 8 years old enter for free

3.-Zombie Walk Tijuana

The favorite Zombie Walk is back and you have to be part of it, on this occasion you'll only need to donate non-perishable products destined to orphanages in the city. The event is pet-friendly.

4.-Bull Masters Championship

Get ready to enjoy a show full of adrenaline with professional riders from Brazil, Canada, Australia, the United States, Costa Rica and Mexico. Some of the confirmed bull riders are: Paulo Lima (Brazil), Nicholas Giles, Mathew Donald (Australia), Alonso Carreón (Mexico), among others.

Are you a Star Wars fan? The Tijuana Cultural Center (Cecut) decided to join the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Star Wars saga and they have prepared a great concert in charge of the Tijuana Youth Symphony.
