This year, new coffee shops have sprung up in Baja California, many of them from a stream of baristas that prioritize the flavors and quality of this drink to offer particular creations in relaxed environments, and with this, outside the image of large chains.

Given this, the selection was really wide and with great fundamentals, among which stand out special drinks, the quality of products, and nice spaces to hang.

Some places are already very well-known, while others, despite their recent opening are setting trends.
