Young Man of Baja California Wins Indoor Rowing World Championship

BAJA CALIFORNIA.- The Baja resident, Alexis Bladimir López, who in 2015 won the first place at an Indoor Rowing World Youth Championship with simulators, has done it again.

This Sunday, the governor of Baja California, Francisco de la Vega, announced that Alexis Bladimir Lopez, originally from San Felipe, won the first place again, but now at the World Championship of Indoor Rowing, category U23/lightweight, which took place in Virginia, United States.

According to ZETA, the young man competed against 2,500 participants from 33 countries and managed to get the best time in a distance of 2 kilometers, this being 6.18.2.
