A Closer Look to the New Alameda Otay Town Center in Tijuana

Tijuana is seeing the "Alameda Otay Town Center" project grow, which will highlight the Mexican culture through a wide variety of shops and services, which will end up becoming the favorite place not only for the Tijuana residents, but for the rest of the world.

This new plaza will have 163 shops, 6 residential towers, two hotels and a medical center with 90 offices, where you can walk through its corridors while enjoying the green areas. Also cultural events, wifi, parking and valet parking, as well as a outdoor auditorium. Alameda Otay Town Center will be a 100% pet-friendly place.

Last Thursday, the details of the project were made known, where the director of operations of Loma Desarrollos said that thi snew plaza would bring an important economic benefit to the city by being near the Tijuana International Airport and near the Otay Port of Entry.

In addition, those who decide to live there will have great advantages, such as not spending gas due to the closeness they will have with universities, gymnasiums, parks, airports and everything to meet their daily needs, allowing them to have everything within their reach, said the Frasa Planning Director, Jorge Zambrano.
