Tijuanenses United to Protest Against the Separation of Families at the Border

Will you join?

TIJUANA.- The situation at the U.S. borders with Mexico is getting more worrysome, immmigrant children are still being separated from their parents and get locked up with no date of release. Something that's hurting families which, most of the time, were only seeking for asylum.

As it is expected, people don't agree, and are demanding the authorities to stop this process and bring families together again.

Tijuana residents don't want to be left behind in this fight, so this Saturday, June 30, Tijuanenses and anyone who likes to join them will protest at the El Chaparral Port of Entry to demand the reunification of migrant families.

The event called "Free and United Families! Asking for Asylum Is Not a Crime!" will be held at 12:00 pm.
