FESC arrests man accused of homicide in Tijuana

An arrest warrant for murder was issued for the man identified as Christian "N" on October 5, 2023

Agents of the State Forces of Citizen Security (FESC) arrested alleged murderer identified as Christian Alexis "N", aka "El Bimbo" related to a crime gang that has generated violence in Tijuana. He also had an arrest warrant against him that had been issued on October 5, 2023.

The arrest took place in the evening of October 17, 2023 when the agents were doing prevention and surveillance rounds in the Tijuana-Rosarito freeway. It was at the level of Km. 13.5 and Calle Benito Juárez where FESC officers stopped the individual who was acting suspicious and evasive.

This behavior caused the state authority to ask him permission for a routine inspection in order to rule out that he had a weapon or forbidden substances. The agents found nothing, but when they entered his name and last name in the database of the Center of Control, Command, Communication, and Computation (C-4), the following information was confirmed:

31-year-old Christian Alexis "N" from Mazatlán, Sinaloa. He has a current arrest judicial warrant due to a homicide crime, under the NUC number: 102004202312993 and order number: 6199/23, with an issue date on October 5, 2023.

Due to this, he was cuffed and he was read his constitutional rights. He was then moved and handed over to the State Attorney General's Office (FGE), the authority who will resolve his legal situation.

In Baja California, everyone continues to work strongly so that no person who commits a crime walks around free, risking the integrity of all Baja Californian citizens. That is why the Secretariat of Citizen Security of Baja California (SSCBC) closely communicates with investigating authorities to share information about all people trying to escape from justice; safety is all of us.
