Venetian salad

This bittersweet salad will blow away your guests

Impress your guests at your next dinner party with a fresh and delicious Venetian salad.

Its bittersweet taste perfectly accompanies a pasta or meat prepared in the Italian style, as ossobuco.

In addition, different colors of the ingredients make it very colorful.

Ingredients

16 oz. of spinach

4 oranges

8 slices bacon

1/3 cup nuts

4 slices diced pineapple

Dressing

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

1/3 cup white vinegar

1 cup olive oil

1/3 cup orange juice

1/3 cup pineapple juice

Mustard

Seasoning

Pepper

Sweetener

Preparation

    Fry the bacon until browned, chop into small pieces and set aside. Wash and dry the spinach leaves; place them in a bowl. Peel the oranges with knife making sure you remove the white covering on the segments. Reserve orange peel, you will use its juice. With the knife slice each segment out of the orange. Reserve whatever juice you can in a cup. Squeeze the peel and add the juice to the same cup. Chop the walnuts and pineapple. Once you have all the ingredients chopped, its time to decorate the salad. Put the spinach in a salad bowl, add the pineapple, oranges, walnuts and bacon.

Dressing

Place all the ingredients in a jar and stir to mix. Include the orange juice that you set aside.

Once you have assembled the salad, serve it in a dish and add the dressing.
