New President Enrique Peña Nieto congratulates Obama on his victory

He will be visiting the White House soon

After results revealed Barack Obama's victory in the elections held yesterday throughout the country, Enrique Peña Nieto extended a greeting to congratulate the now re-elected president through different social networks.

The message was made through official accounts on Facebook and Twitter, where the future Mexican president also said that soon he will make a trip the United States.

Citizens from both countries have high expectations for Obama's meeting with Peña Nieto, due to the reason of the creation of an immigration reform, something that has been sought out for several years due to the large flow of people who have migrated to the United States.

An immigration reform has been mentioned in several occasions by both leaders, which they have also said that this issue is a priority which will be dealt with during their term as president, and yesterday night in his victory speech Obama spoke briefly about this topic again.

Enrique Peña Nieto begins his term as president of Mexico on December 1, 2012 while Barack Obama begins his second term as U.S. president in January 2013.

After Enrique Peña Nieto won the federal elections in Mexico, he then began trips to South America and Europe, and now soon he will be visiting President Obama in the United States.
