SAN DIEGO, CA.- The European Soccer Federation; UEFA held this Friday the draw for the semifinal stage of both of their international club completions, Europa League and Champion's League. Former Dutch international and Manchester United and Real Madrid star Ruud Van Nistelrooy was the guest of honor for the draw.

The participants for the Europa League are: Chelsea from England and the reigning Champion's League Champion, FC Basel of Switzerland, Fenerbahce ir Turkey, and Benfica of Portugal.

The first one drawn was Fenerbahce, the second one was Benfica. The Turkish will play their home game first and Benfica will close at home. The third team selected was FC Basel and finally Chelsea. The opening match will be in Switzerland and the return leg will be in London.

In the Champion's League pot there was two German teams;

Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich. As well as two Spanish teams; Real Madrid and Barcelona.

The first team drawn was Bayern Munich, the second team was Barcelona. The opening match in this semifinal will take place in Germany, while the decisive game will be in the Camp Nou. The third team drawn was Borussia Dortmund, and finally Real Madrid. The first leg will be in Germany and the return leg in the Spanish capital.
