"It's over 100 percent over" said Roach referring to the Pilipino's career if he ends up KO.
Pacquio is set to fight American Brandon Rios in November in a Pay-Per-View fight from Macau, China. This will be the return to the ring for Manny Pacquiao after suffering a knockout loss to Mexican Juan Manuel Marquez.
The reason why Roach is so sure of this is because over the years he has developed a special relationship with Pacquiao, and the Pilipino has entrusted Roach with the decision of when it is time to walk away from boxing.
"We have a deal, when I tell him it's over, it'll be over" said the manager and trainer.
