Kiko Vega consolidates international relationships in Baja California

The culmination of his tour around central Mexico

Francisco "Kiko" Vega de Lamadrid, Baja California's elected Governor, carried out an intense work tour around central Mexico, in which he had as an objective to consolidate institutional relations in favor of the work that he will be performing once he is at the front of the public state administration in service of the people of Baja California.

Kiko Vega visited the city of Cuernavaca where he was received by the Governor of the State of Morelos, Graco Ramirez, with whom he had a conversation about the diverse subjects of common interest for both states, as well as the affairs that will be boarded in march during the next National Conference of Governors (CONAGO) to be realized this august 19th and 20th in Mazatlan, Sinaloa.

Previously in the City of Mexico, the Elected Governor held a meeting with the United States Ambassador in Mexico, Anthony Wayne, whom which he endorsed the importance of bi-national collaboration as well as cultural and economic ties in the region of California and Baja California, and boarded several subjects such as speeding up the border crossing times, safety, the environment, commercial exchange among other subjects.

On the other hand, Kiko Vega exchanged dialog with the leader of the Political party PRD (Party of the Democratic Revolution), Jesus Zambrano, and national counselors for said political institution who he met with prior to the work done in the VIII National counsel of PRD.

He also held a meeting with Governors for the political party PAN, in which governors from various states participated, such as Jose Guadalupe Osuna Millan, who is currently the Governor of Baja California; Guillermo Padres Elias, Governor of Sonora; Marco Covarrubias Villaseñor, Governor of Baja California Sur; Rafael Moreno Valle, Governor of Puebla; and Miguel Marquez Marquez, Governor of Guanajuato.

Finally Francisco Vega de Lamadrid, participated in the work held by the XVII National Assembly of the Party for National Action "PAN" (which is similar to the Republican and Democratic Conventions), which was held in the "Arena Mexico", where he was the one responsible for the opening speech, where he relayed a message in which he invited the members of PAN from all over the country to work in unity, with responsibility and honesty, to better serve Mexico and it's citizens.
