His main goal is to make a gastronomic destination of this region and, for that, he has dedicated his life to promoting a unique cuisine based on local products. In this new installment Bill Esparza takes us to El Erizo, the new street food-oriented restaurant of Chef Plascencia where he offers an astounding variety of Ceviche and fresh dishes.
