Tijuana Xolos advance to playoffs

The black and red team walks into "Liguilla" for the first time

At the beginning of the tournament, they just wanted to stay in the league and now, Tijuana celebrates a spot in the playoffs for the first time.

With an intense closure, this Sunday, Xoloitzcuintles got the golden ticket to the playoffs of the tournament "Clausura 2012" when they tied 1-1 with UNAM's Pumas on a game that took place in the field of the Caliente Stadium.

Duvier Riascos was who made the goal that put them in the big party of mexican soccer and woke up the souls of over 16,000 xolofans with joy.

Xolos will face Monterrey on the quarterfinals.

At the end of the match between Pumas and Xolos, it was announced that the sell of the tickets for the next math part of the playoffs will begin this Monday at the Caliente Stadium at 11am only for those who have the Xolopass.
