The conquest of the Latin vote

Republicans and Democrats are working on their respective strategies to gain the Latin vote, key on the next presidential elections.

This morning, "Portada", a magazine specialized in Latin marketing pointed the beginning of publicity ads on spanish to support the campaign on Barack Obama between the Latin voters for the next presidential elections.

According to the numbers provided by Smart Media Group, an organization that traces politic publicity, the efforts of the campaign for the Latin community will cost 25 million dollars distributed on 9 key states like Nevada, Colorado and Florida. During the elections of 2008, only in those 3 states, the Obama team destined 850 thousand dollars and it worked. Back then, they were promoting the educative policies and this time, the ads are focusing on the transformation on health care.

On the other side of the American politics, the Republican Party is moving forward with the help of the agency "Targeted Victory" who is already developing their job with Mitt Romney and previously they also where responsible in the campaign of Marco Rubio on his way to the Senate. This time they've joined forces with "Pulpo Media", specialist in Latin publicity. With this alliance, Pulpo Media won't be able to work with other agencies and both institutions expect that with their team work they will achieve the Latin vote on the key states.
