The arrival of Kasdan is a relief for fans of Star Wars, since he is the brains and pen behind "The Empire Strikes Back" and "Return of the Jedi, episodes 5 and 6 respectively.

Meanwhile Simon Kinberg is no stranger to the genre of science fiction either, which among his most recent work is the third X-Men film and X-Men "First Class" and also Sherlock Holmes.

Will both of these writers provide a good balance for the force?

Disney and Lucasfilm confirmed a few days ago that the writer Michael Arndt would be the one working on episode 7, film that is expected to be released in 2015.
