On December 20th 2012, there will be a new hearing for Alejandrina Giselle Guzman Salazar, who is the daughter of the Mexican Sinaloa drug cartel leader, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman.

She was arrested in October at the San Ysidro border for trying to enter into the U.S. with fake documents, which on that date she was 7 months pregnant.

The hearing date was originally set for November 30th, but for undisclosed reasons the hearing was then canceled and rescheduled for a later date.

Her farther "El Chapo" has been on the FBI's most wanted list for a long time now, and also has been mentioned in Forbes magazine as one of the world's wealthiest people.
