On March 30, 2013 a man identified as Hugo "N" of 30 years of age was arrested after being accused of being a drug dealer. But this type of arrest is not big news or even something new in Mexico. The strange thing about this arrest is that while this man was in custody; he escaped from his cell through a toilet hole at the Office of the General Prosecutor of the State (PGJE) detention center.

While the man was alone and unsupervised, he first took apart the toilet, and then escaped through a small hole. This information was given by the PGJE, ensuring that this is only a minor error from their staff and a flaw in the building structure.
