At around 8:00 a.m. in the neighborhood of Lomas del Porvenir, Tijuana, a man was shot while outside his vehicle. After being wounded he then go in his car and tried to flee, but ended crashing into a bus.

The gunmen did not stop and continued shooting with their weapons, which bullets reached the head of a little girl who has now been pronounce dead along with her father. There was also another young boy (son) in the vehicle that is currently in the hospital after sustaining injuries from the crash.

The man who was shot and killed has not yet been identified- and according to neighbors-he was a known drug dealer from that area.

"The wife was arrested while trying to flee with an ounce of crystal meth, a 32 caliber pistol and rounds of ammunition," said Jesus Alberto Capella this morning at a press conference, who is an official from the Department of Public Safety.

Aside from the people who were in the vehicle, there are no others who were injured. At the moment there are 8 people who have been arrested, including the stepson and wife of the deceased man.
