BELO HORIZONTE - Club Tijuana arrived to Independencia stadium for a light practice and to observe the pitch, but they had to do all of this in the dark according to ESPN.

The official cause was a malfunction in the generators of the stadium, that is what the stadium crew mentioned.

Xolos had to work with the little light their team bus could provide. Team administrators with the team voiced their outrage.

With or without intension Xolos could not fully get aquatinted to the pitch, and it won't be until Thursday when they go out to warm up with the lights fully on when they'll be able to get a feel for the field prior to facing Atletico Mineiro.
