La Guerrerense: From Ensenada to Singapore

"World Street Food Congress", 37 exhibitors from 10 different countries

Sabina Bandera and her daughter Mariana from the "Mariscos La Guerrerense" seafood cart, will be representing Mexico in the "World Street Food Congress" that will be held in Singapore from May 31 to June 9.

A few weeks ago, Mrs. Sabina had announced this good news through their official social network pages, and adds this new achievement to the list of this now famous cart (that has not been filled yet), whom has also captivated the taste buds of many around the world.

Located at the street corner of Lopez Mateos and Alvarado in Ensenada Baja California, Mexico, the seafood cart "La Guerrerense" gained international fame by appearing in an episode of "No Reservations" with Anthony Bourdain, who later on distinguish this cart as one of the best places to eat in the world.

Previously, this seafood cart also participated in an event where the past, present and future of the Mexican gastronomy was presented in the United States and central Mexico during "Mesamerica".

Baja California hopes that "La Guerrerense" will once again captivate diners at the World Street Food Congress, which is something that they have now been doing for several years.

In this first edition of the "World Street Food Congress", it will feature 37 exhibitors from 10 different countries in a two-day conference where the most outstanding foods will be awarded. It is noteworthy that among the organizers and judges for this event are Anthony Bourdain and James Oseland.
