Riascos Sold to Pachuca

Late in the night, but the deal went through Pachuca buy Riascos.

CANCUN - It was late, but the Liga MX official Twitter account officially announced the sell of Colombian forward Duvier Riascos from Club Tijuana to Pachuca.

Riascos had arrived with the Xolos during the Clausura 2012 season. He played a total of 60 games and scored 19 goals for the border side. He was a vital part of the Apertura 2012 Xolos that won the Mexican league championship; defeating Toluca in the final and scoring the deciding goal in the home of the "Diablos Rojos"

Prior to Xolos, Riascos had arrived to Mexico through Club America, but was immediately loaned out to Puebla. He spent one season with Puebla playing in 16 games and scoring six goals before moving on to Xolos.

He will now play under Gabriel Caballero in Pachuca in a team that likes to be in the mix for important accomplishments; playoffs, championships, international tournaments. The "Tuzos" are the Mexican team to have won a South American competition when they won the 2006 Copa Sudamericana.
