This announcement was made by the San Diego Padres president and chief executive officer, Tom Garfinkle, through his Twitter account.
"Xolos night Sept 21- Xolos/Padres soccer scarf giveaway" is what Garfinkle's "tweet" reads.
According to the information provided, the first few people to attend "Xolos night" in support of the Sand Diego Padres will receive a Xolos/ Padres scarf.
On the night of September 21, the "California Classic' will be played between the Padres and the Los Angeles Dodgers, which the Padres team directors on this date are expecting a lot of support by not only fans from Sand Diego, but also from Tijuana.
Xolos have a new relationship with the baseball team from San Diego and on June 6 will be also at Petco Park as the home team, where they will be facing the current Mexican tournament league champions "Club America".
