Two home games during preseason for Xolos

A total of three preseason games before the start of new season.

TIJUANA - Of the three preseason matches that Club Tijuana had established against Club America, Los Angeles Galaxy, and Rangers (Scotland); only the first one against New Mexican league champions will take place. The two foreign teams canceled on Xolos, Sporting Director Ignacio Palou even wen on to say "Bruce Arena (Galaxy manager) does not want to face us"

Correcaminos and newly bought sister club Dorados of the Mexican second division along with Club America will be the three opponents that Xolos will face prior to the start of the new season.

On July 6 Club Tijuana will take on the newly crowned champions Club America in another edition of the San Diego Clasico at Petco Park. This game is being dubbed the battle of the champions, as Apertura champions Xolos takes on Clausura champions America.

Four days later on July 10 the Xoloitzcuitles will have their first preseason game at the Estadio Caliente against Correcaminos. They will face former Xolos Dayro Moreno, Armando Pulido, and the manager that brought first division promotion to Tijuana Joaquin del Olmo. The game will be at 7:30PM and those with the new Xolo-Pass will be able to get in for free.

On July 13 the last preseason game will be played also at the Estadio Caliente against sister club Dorados de Sinaloa, Xolo-Pass holders will also be let in for free. There will once again be familiar faces on the opposition's roster. All time leading Xolos goal scorer Raul Enriquez will be returning as well as Joshua Abrego and Luis Orozco.
