Pancho Villa's Army: new supporter group for the mexican soccer team in the USA

Pancho Villa's Army looks to unite all fans of Mexican national team.

SAN DIEGO - Sergio Tristan a Mexican national team supporter from Austin, Texas has set out to unite all "El Tri" fans. He has created the supporter group Pancho Villa's Army (PVA). PVA is a national organization with chapters in Los Angeles, Denver, Phoenix, Huston, and Portland; and they are always looking to add more chapters in more cities across the USA.

"We want to unite fans of El Tri to watch and support together, to have watch parties at bars in their city, and to travel to the games and support as a united group" said Sergio Tristan in an interview with the podcast show The Mexican Soccer Show.

"Our mission is to make sure El Tri is always the home team no matter where they play" a quote from the main website panchovillasarmy.com

PVA will attend their first match as a group on July 7 in Pasadena, California where Mexico will play against Panama in the opening match of the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup. PVA will also have group tickets for the other Mexico games in this Gold Cup in cities through out the USA.

Expect a full match report from this game here on San Diego Red as I have been invited by Pancho Villas Army to attend the match with them.
