Two minors murdered for bullying

Their victim was the son of a "Narco"

Andres Barba and Antonio Ortiz, both 15, were reported missing by their parents on June 21, after they were last seen in "Plaza La Ciudadela" in Zapopan, Jalisco Mexico.

Their remains were found buried in La Cebada, located in El Bosque de la Primavera (Spring Forest) in Jalisco. It seems that the reason for their death is due to a situation of "bullying" that these teen's engaged against another minor, whose family member belonged to a group that is led by the drug kingpin Ignacio "Nacho "Coronel Villarreal. This is the conclusion that the Attorney General of the State of Jalisco (FGE), Luis Carlos Najera, gave as the reason for the murder of these two teenagers.

According to the prosecutor, these two boys bullied another teen of the same age, which happened to be the son of Jose Angel Carrasco Coronel "El Changel", nephew of "Nacho" Coronel, and who was detained in Mexico City earlier this year.

A 17 year old boy, who was arrested in connection to this case, claims that both Barba and Ortiz were tricked into going to a place and were murdered. This was confirmed by the FGE after discovering the bodies.

Andres Barba and Antonio Ortiz were contacted through a social network and were invited to be part of a criminal group. The two boys were told to meet at the mall and were not seen again until their bodies were found.
