TIJUANA. - The State Commission of Public Services Tijuana (CESPT), will select a group of specialized personnel to participate in the binational project called the "San Diego Incubator for Innovation", to discuss improvements in regards to the water that is provided in the city.

The engineer and general manager of the CESPT, Hernando Duran Cabrera, who was the special guest at the press conference that was held at the U.S. Consulate, where the details of this news was presented, said that this agency is always looking to find new innovative ways to help develop solutions to the problem of water in the city.

The press conference was led by the Project Director for the San Diego Incubator for Innovation, Nan Renner, who explained that they will be looking for about 100 people on both sides of the border, to contribute with artistic ideas that will address the issue of water.

Cabrera stressed that creative people often have a broader vision, because their focus is in several directions, while technicians apply a solution that they already know or that is more practical.

The objective of this program is to create products, services and educational programs on the subject of water. So this project will provide a framework to integrate different art forms and activities that will be applied to the challenge of water.
