Tijuana Xolos won't face Club America until October

Week 2 match that was postponed by Club America

TIJUANA - The postponement of the week two matchup between Tijuana Xolos and Club America was postponed weeks ago and now there is finally an official date in which the match will be played. The Mexican Soccer Federation (FMF) has informed that the game at the Estadio Azteca will take place on October 1, 2013.

The game was postponed due to the fact that Club America petitioned the federation to make use of the rule which allows any team with three or more players on national team duties to postpone their matches. Currently the reigning Mexican League Champions have five players representing Mexico in the Gold Cup.

Tijuana Xolos will be back in action next Tuesday July 30 when they host Pachuca as part of the third week in the Liga Bancomer MX.
