Raul Enriquez returns to Tijuana Xolos

Due to the lack of forwards Tijuana Xolos call Raul Enriquez

TIJUANA - Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles' all time leading goal scorer Raul Enriquez will return to the club where he is already a legend to cover the loss of Herculez Gomez and Dario Benedetto due to injury.

Enriquez spent the last few months with second division affiliate Dorados de Sinaloa, but since the Mexican Football Federation (FMF) allows double registration among first and second division affiliates Enriquez is allowed to make the jump back into the first division team.

Dario Benedetto has a muscle injury he picked up in last weekend's match against Morelia, it is unknown how serious it is, but he will miss today's game against Pumas after having already missed Tuesday's CONCACAF Champion's League game. Herculez Gomez was operated on his knee after his return from the Gold Cup and still has about a month and a half left on his recovery.

It will be interesting to see which number Enriquez will use; ever since the second division years Enriquez has worn the number 10 whack now belongs to the Ecuadorian Fidel Martinez. Enriquez is already in Tijuana and could feature in tonight's match against Pumas at the Estadio Caliente.
