It does not get better than this: A heavenly dessert that’s affordable and easy to prepare. I hope you enjoy this treat that will make every meal a special one.

• 1 - 16 oz. can of fruit cocktail
• 1/2 liter of liquid whipping cream
• 1 - 16 oz. package of mini- marshmallows

Preparation

In a bowl, place the marshmallows, fruit cocktail (including the liquid) and cream and mix thoroughly with a spoon.

Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Serve in cocktail goblets or dessert glasses. You can top each with a cherry or a strawberry.

And get ready to enjoy a treat loaded with flavor. Serves four.
