Evo Morales, President of Bolivia, has declared that he will be filing a lawsuit against Barack Obama in International Courts for crimes against humanity.

“If the United States is seeking to mess with President Nicolás Maduro, he is messing with the entire Latin American population” Evo Morales assured, stating that with this act of not allowing the Venezuelan Presidential Jet to utilize Puerto Rico's air space, Obama's government had violated 4 international laws, these being Human Rights, Civil and Political rights Act, Convention on Special Missions, and the Viena Convention.

The initial report, was stated by Elias Jaua, Venezuelan chancellor. He mentioned that the United States forbid the Venezuelan Presidential Jet to fly through Puerto Rico air space on it's trajectory to China, which the chancellor qualified as “an aggression”.

According from information provided by RT News, Evo Morales also asked the Presidents who are members of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean states (CELAC) to have a summit, to deal with “the United States arrogance”. “In this meeting the Bolivian government states that all United States Ambassadors withdraw immediately”, the President stated.

On the other hand, Marie Harf, spokesman for the United States Department of State, informed that the nation had provided all clearance for Nicolás Maduro's flight.
