ENSENADA.- Continuing with our culinary (and beer) tour of Ensenada, we'll showcase a very particular Pale Ale, the "Mako Pale Ale" from Agua Mala Brewery.

This a golden wheat colored beer, with scents of grapefruit and the typical mix of hops on the nose. On the mouth, it's citric and subtle and tastes of roasted malts. It also has a soft bitter, but refreshing, taste. A beer that is on the verge of being a IPA.

Want a taste? "Mako Pale Ale" from Agua Mala Brewery is on sale at some Calimax supermarkets in Baja, specialized craft-beer stores and you can also contact the production team for purchasing a couple of bottles, as well as tasting their other products.
