"Tacos Kokopelli", one of Tijuana's new wunderkind establishments and our Best Urban Food for 2013, will hold an "Open House" for its new branch, their third attempt at opening a permanent venue in the city (their original street-cart is still there and going strong). The event will take place on Friday, March 14th, at 3:00 p.m., with appetizers and celebrations on the house. You can bring your own drinks, although they'll have stores full of ice cold beers.
"Tacos Kokopelli" would also like to take the opportunity to thank all of their friends and patrons who've been with them since they opened their cart on a street in Tijuana's downtown in 2011. They'll also be offering us a new culinary concept they call "pagan", where they'll serve a variety of experiments and culinary fusions like never before, or what they say is the real side of Tijuana food.
