"London Dungeon" from Clampdown Brewing Co, is a new beer on the craft-beer market, which literally just came out in Tijuana last week. The beer takes its name from the punk band "The Misfits", Clampdown Brewing Co (a reference to "The Clash", takes its names and styles of beer inspired from music they grew up with.

The "London Dungeon" is an American Brown Ale, very like the English style, with the difference being that it uses a more bitter hops. The ámbar color with some ruby tones and a hard head, not very frothy. There's some coffee, chocolate and hazelnut thrown in there, along with malty richness used in its creation, although it could do without being so carbonated.

The beer's currently served only at the "El Tigre Bar" in La Plaza Fiesta in Tijuana. And remember "Drink locally, drink craft". Click here for a map.
