On the 95th Annual Conference of the American Council for education, held last March, took place the panel "higher education in US and Mexico": strengthening partnerships and collaboration", held in San Diego California, Dr. Fernando León García, dean of the CETYS University system, was present and shared opinions with Mara Tekach, Minister Counselor for public affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico; Enrique Fernández Fassnacht, Secretary-General of ANUIES; Diana Natalicio, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Texas at el Paso and the moderator Patti McGill Peterson, Minister President for global initiatives of the American Council for education.
