MEXICO.- Tijuana is the spring board for thousand of immigrants who dream of achieving the American dream and will host one of four concerts that will include performances by Los Tigres del Norte, Zurdok, Kinky, Molotov, Ennjambre, Hello Seahorse and Tijuana native singer Julieta Venegas. The event, titled "Somos America" (We are America) will benefit various migrant shelters and other associations.

In Tijuana, the event will take place at Parque Morelos on October 3 and tickets will go on sale June 20 via www.superboletos.com, ranging from $350.00 to $650.00 pesos (from 28 to 52 USD) . Apart from the fact that proceeds will go toward philanthropic causes, at the core of the event is the promotion of unity between different cultures and to symbolically eliminate political divisions in the Americas, put aside our differences and recognize what unites us.
