TIJUANA.- Restaurante Lorca, a Spanish restaurant located in Colonia Cacho, will be holding a tasting of its delicious receipes paired with Cervecería Insurgente on September 11, where guests can try many items from their menu with beers like Tiniebla, or a wheat based American brown ale appropriately named Brown, as well as the classic Lupulosa, a India Pale Ale, or their dark variety Nocturna, an American Black Ale.

Insurgente, one of the best local craft breweries is a company that has over the years stood out for its achievements not only locally but internationally, atracting the eyes of U.S. press like the LA Times and other U.S. brewers that collaborate with them, such as San Diego's Stone Brewery with the recently launched Xocoveza Mocha Stout.

With growth at gigantic leaps and bounds, Insurgente is positioned as a mark of pride for the regional craft brewery industry and is an example to follow for emerging brewers in the beer scene in Baja California.
