Don't Miss the Second Edition of "Popular Mexican Art Market" in Rosarito

Arts and crafts, food, and live entertainment

ROSARITO.- In light of the first edition's success, the second annual Popular Art Market will return to Rosarito - an event dedicated to great craft maestros and their work representing Mexico's national culture.

The next edition will also be hosted at Hotel Castillos del Mar in Rosarito, Baja California, and will include expositions from talented artists and artisans of wide recognition around the world. Blown glass work, iron work, furniture, painting, and many other artistic crafts from artists that have received recognition from Mexico's presidential office will have work on display at the event.

Some states that will be represented at the event, which will be held on November 8th and 9th, include Oaxaca, Michoacan, Chihuahua, and Jalisco, just to name a few. With the participation of at least 50 craftsman from Rosarito's craft sector known as Popotla.

In addition to artwork, the Popular Mexican Art Market will also offer artwork of the food kind to delight visitors with regional gastronomy. There will also be live music, folkloric dancing, and other musical acts.

The event will run from 11am to 8pm, at Hotel Castillos del Mar (which is where the last All My Friends festival was held), located on Popotla Boulevard in Rosarito Beach, November 8th through 9th.
