This week, Mamut Brewery announced via Facebook that they plan to open a new bar in Tijuana in the famous "Plaza Fiesta" in Zona Rio. Preliminary images of what they plan for the spot were also published and we sat down with the owner and master brewer to talk about the project, which is expected to open early 2015.
This new bar will have the same lineup of famous craft beer, but will also have a clay oven designed by Tecate artist Marco Figueroa which will be used for pizzas. This will be the first time that Mamut Brewery will include mixology in their drinks menu, designed by Snake Oil from San Diego.
