The grilled seafood tacos restaurant is having a big blow out due to its third anniversary.

And what better way to celebrate than to eat more for less, given that starting this Tuesday, December 9th until Friday 12th many of their tacos will be 2x1.

Tacos Kokopelli posted this moving message on its Facebook event:

"It was only 3 years ago, when we started working underground, illegally and with the only permit we had being the one our parents gave us that we started this adventure of offering good extravagant tacos at street prices.

Between the street hobo and the public official that roams the streets every day carrying his parking meter tickets reminding us the worth of our work by hour, we learned that what makes this city valuable isn't San Diego, or Cecut: it's people, it's its people, its friends and its neighboors. If it wasn't for the kind human spirit, we wouldn't be celebrating today".

We congratulate this local bussiness who has greatly expanded during this time, even opening a branch in Chicago, IL, and three locations in Tijuana: Centro (Downtown) Río and Palmas (every single one with the benefit of the 2x1 special).

My mouth is watering just thinkg of a "Chicano" and a "Italiano con machete", how about you?
