Protesters throw fries and mayonnaise at Belgian Prime Minister

Charles Michel was attacked by feminists due to his government austerity plans

BELGIUM.- Four women, from the feminist movement "Lilith", dressed in black and partially hooded, interrupted Prime Minister Charles Michel while he was giving a speech in front of entrepreneurs, by yelling: "Disappear Michel, make austerity disappear".

The words of dissatisfaction and anger from the activists (who presented themselves as students) wasn't just left at that, throwing french fries and mayonnaise at the Minister, which got them detained by the event's security guards.

After the uncomfortable incident and cleaning his suit, the Prime Minister resumed his speech saying: "Excuse me, I smelled a bit like mayonnaise".
