Baja California Strengthens Security Strategies

State Governor Francisco Vega leaded the first Coordination Group meeting of 2015

TIJUANA.- Strengthening coordination and strategies regarding security, as well as having a follow up on commitments and actions that were implemented since the administration of State Governor

Francisco "Kiko" Vega de Lamadrid began, were the main agreements during the first meeting of the year, summoned yesterday by the Coordination Group, taking place in the city's Cuartel Morelos building.

During this meeting, aside from the Governor;

Commander of the Second Military Area, Brigadier General. Gabriel García Rincón and Mexican Office General Attorney, Martín Ortiz Lerma attended, taking on subjects related to the reinforcement of the different corporations in the state and the prevention actions that are focused on achieving the well-being and peace of mind of the citizens of Tijuana.

Alongside de Coordination Group were Tijuana, Mexicali and Rosarito's Mayors, Jorge Astiazarán Orcí, Jaime Rafael Díaz Ochoa and Silvano Abarca Macklis; the Government's General Secretary, Francisco Rueda Gómez; the State Secretary of Public Security, Daniel de la Rosa Anaya; the State's Attorney General, Perla del Socorro íbarra Leyva, Baja California's National Security and Research Center Delegate, Rúben Campos Padilla; Baja's California's Federal Police Coordination Warden, Bernardo Castañeda Hernández; the General Coordinator of the Federal Police Deparment, Samuel Rivera Gutiérrez and tTijuana's Secretary of Public Security, Alejandro Lares Valladares.
