For Mexican-American Chef Tony McGann, migrating to Tijuana and taking on the adventure of a gourmet taco restaurant, represents an utter challenge that he is willing to accept, given that he knows just how demanding Tijuana's residents are when it comes to food.

Prior to the inauguration, the Chefs had two tastings that were very well received, one of them was last Friday at Index Open Studio.

The scallops (callo de hacha), tuna and shrimp tacos are Chef's Fernando Limón favorites, given that they represent the love he has for seafood. The Sheep Taco is Chef's Tony McGann is favorite one.
