TIJUANA/SAN DIEGO.- The weekend is here and it's time to have fun. Making every money's worth is key, so if you're looking for spend little , or a free activity, this article is for you. Here you will find some fun activities to spend a good time with your friends without having to leave the city and go bankrupt. None of the following activities are over $200 pesos or $13 dlls , with the exception of The Marvel Experience in San Diego.

Friday, February 6th

Torrente celebrates your birthday

For all of those born under Aquarius, the stars are in your favor. Well... only if you're looking for free drinks and celebrating another year on earth. The planets' alignment has little to do with this, but anyone having their birthday this week, can celebrate it at no cost at Torrente bar, given that this Friday is all you can drink.

For the rest of us mortals, there will be Ladies Night and Happy Hour from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., ideal to get your pre-drinking game on. Torrente is located in Plaza Fiesta (also kwon as Plaza del Zapato)

John Milton: Knight of Hypnosis

We aren't asking to believe in the "magic" of hypnosis, but you can enjoy this entertaining show that will make you laugh with the quips of the (supposedly) unconscious people who fall under the hypnotic spell of Jonh Milton. This Friday you can catch a show at 18:00 and 21:00 hrs, same goes for Saturday. Tickets costs: $170 and $200 pesos ($11 and 13 dlls) at CECUT.

Saturday, February 7th

Reopening of El Tigre Bar

Finally! This weekend it's almost mandatory you visit the new facilities of El Tigre Bar in Plaza Fiesta, punk rock's motherboard has a new kitchen and "tasting room" with the debut of Grizzly Beer from Lúdica Artesanal, a Russian Imperial Stout perfect for this weather. What more could you ask for?

Vianco Expo

Second call for any anime, comic book and video game lover, this Saturday Vianco Expo will take on their annual edition with special guests and their traditional program which includes Smash and Street Fighter tournaments, Yu-Gi-Oh "duels" and karaoke, drawing and cosplay contests. The event will take place at Auditorio de Tijuana starting at 10 a.m., pre-sale tickets costs $50 pesos ($3dlls) and $70 ($5dlls) on the day of the event.

The Marvel Experience

There are some many activities to do in this mobile theme park located on Del Mar Fairgrounds that it's hard to sum them up. If you're a fan of The Avengers, X-Men or any other Marvel Universe character, you can miss this attraction tour this Saturday. Click here to learn why. Heads up:

there will be "hyper reality" attractions, screening of 3D films with a 360º degrees vision, rides in 4D and themed cafés. From February 7th to the 22nd you can enjoy this park with a cost of $24.50 for kids and $29.50 for adults.
