Rey Mysterio Returns After 20 Years To Triple A Wrestling

The former WWE fighter will be on the stellar caravan

MEXICO.- Rey Mysterios' arrival to Triple A Wrestling has been made official after his work relationship with WWE ended. Mysterio will join the Aztec pankration alongside former WWE wrestlers, Alberto del Río who now goes by the name "El Patrón" and Mistico, who changed his name from Sin Cara and now goes by Myztezis.

Mysterio's return to Triple A was announced in social media with a picture of him alongside Del Río and Myztezis as a way to show off these three big stars' appearance in the Reyes de Reyes (Kings of Kings) event, which will take place in upcoming months.

At 40 years of age and with really bad knees, it won't very long before Mysterio retires completely, but we are grateful that the always proud of his Mexican roots wrestler comes back to close one of his important cycles within sports.

With 20 years of wrestling under his belt, his biggest characteristic was flying over the ring as well as his charm with children, placing him as one of the biggest wrestling idols such as the The Rock or John Cena in their prime years.
