Tecate Receives Computer Equipment

Through Tecate's Economical Development Council (CDET)

TECATE.- The city of Tecate, led by Mayor César Moreno González de Castilla, received today computer equipment for its 6 precints or districts through Tecate's Economical Development Council (CDET in Spanish).

This is a part of a project called "Fortalecimiento a las delegaciones en sistemas y equipos informático" (Precints strengthening regarding informatics and systematic equipments), from CDET trust fund, which was created by the Institutional Council's Coordinator, Manuel Castro.

During the council's session, Mayor Moreno thanked the contribution,pointing out that by bringing these tools to the percents, citizens could make any paperwork or payments in a more practical and economical manner, given that they wouldn't have to travel downtown in order for them to do them.

Furthermore he added that with this equipment the City is taking a forward towards the modern digital era, with this, they will now add up to 115 areas with free internet access throughout the city.

Mayor Moreno also pointy out very briefly the actions that had taken place throughout his administration such as road rehabilitation on main asphalt avenues, the construction of a theatre and works to improve the polygon of the magical town.

Altogether there were 7 computer equipments given out, 6 for the different percents and 1 for coordination.
